Site Foreman

Site Manager Job needing to be filled for an immediate start on a long term project in central London.

Site Foreman Job applicants should have an M&E background but also a solid understanding of other trades as well.

Experience of commercial new builds preferable and you should have a proven track record with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in Site Management Job work.

Applicants for the Site Foreman Job must have previously managed projects of at least £1 million. Key responsibilities of the Site Foreman Job will include managing sub-contractors, liaising with the client, ensuring the project keeps on track, overseeing maintenance and fix-up jobs and the general day to day running of the site.

Site Foreman Job applicants will need CSCS, all PPE and at least 2 checkable references.
Excellent communication skills essential.

We are looking to fill a Site Foreman Job. For the Site Foreman Job you will need to be fully qualified, preferably to ONC/HNC level and have at least 10 years electrical experience (at least 5 in a supervisory Site Foreman Job role).

Site Foreman Job applicants should be able to demonstrate experience of being a lead electrical supervisor on site and responsible for site activities from spec and drawing through to complete installation.

For the Site Management Job role applicants should also be used to managing installation teams of up to 20 men and sub contractors.

Applicants for the Site Foreman Job should have experience in fast track fit-out work is also preferable. HV, switchgear, testing experience and qualifications are an advantage.

Successful Site Foreman Job applicants should also be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

The right person for the Site Forman Job will need CSCS, all PPE and at least 2 checkable references.
