Site Foreman Job applicants should have an M&E background but also a solid understanding of other trades as well.
Experience of commercial new builds preferable and you should have a proven track record with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in Site Management Job work.
Applicants for the Site Foreman Job must have previously managed projects of at least £1 million. Key responsibilities of the Site Foreman Job will include managing sub-contractors, liaising with the client, ensuring the project keeps on track, overseeing maintenance and fix-up jobs and the general day to day running of the site.
Site Foreman Job applicants will need CSCS, all PPE and at least 2 checkable references.
